We are members of the Calgary West Central Primary Care Network (CWCPCN). This partnership for family doctors helps improve access to timely care for our patients. As a patient in our practice, you will benefit from some of the services provided to us through the PCN including our behavioural health consultant Kim and after-hours clinic access.
If you need to see a doctor:
Call our office at 403.640.0600 if it is during office hours and we will try to have you seen at the clinic with your physician or the next available physician.
Call Health Link by dialing 811. If the assessment nurse feels you need to be seen urgently, they will refer you to the Calgary West Central Primary Care Clinic for a same day appointment.
The Calgary West Central Primary Care Clinic is located at 5960 Centre Street South, Calgary, AB. Hours of operation are weekdays 9AM - 9PM and weekends/holidays 1PM - 4PM.
Call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room if you feel your symptoms warrant immediate attention.
